Policy development

Your IVIC Consultant will work together with your business staff to audit, review, update existing or implement new policies. Risk Assessments

As part of our consultants duties, they will carry out an initial General Risk Assessment of your premises, as well as a Fire Risk Assessment, to identify hazards associated with the processes of your business. This will help our consultant to understand the nature of your business and the risks you face on a day to day basis, this is then to enable our consultant to provide you with the right solution, documentation and certification that is relevant to you and your business.

Training & Consultancy Packages

Our bespoke Training & Consultancy packages are designed with the clients business in mind, to improve your company's profitability.

Packages consist of policy development, General Risk Assessments, Fire Risk Assessments, reviews and audits. Also within our packages are the design and implementation of a training plan which will be delivered by one of our military trained instructors.

IVIC Training Consultancy recommendations will be presented to your company within a written report of overall findings. This report will be followed up with a face to face meeting, at your  premises. At this meeting the client will have the opportunity to discuss recommendations, to agree on any policies, procedures and training that will enable your company to operate safely and efficiently. The benefit of the advice is to help your company to achieve: -
